Well that might be the case because gen Z reacted positively to Blacklist and didn't care that it abandoned the core principles/foundations and everything the series was known for. Some will try to make poor comparisons of Chaos Theory lethal/loud approach to that of Blacklist, but they're just not even the same games and it's always disingenuous.
