They'll never do this but I think the slow-movement-while-casting gimmick in PvP that some jobs have is kind of interesting, I'd like to see it brought to PvE in some capacity. Some kind of fully-magic tank that has small casts like this sprinkled throughout its rotation, not PLD but rather an actual full fledged defensive caster.
