The Hero of AQW is an experienced adventurer (mercenary) who has countless experience fighting a bunch of world ending threats throughout his long career. He's good friends with pretty much every major faction. In terms of power, he is absurdly OP. Lots of durability bypassing abilities, lots of time hax, lots of other hax, has a deal with Death that allows him to come back to life in 10 seconds if he does somehow dies, "survived" getting his soul erased, etc. He can tank the full force of entire stars without a scratch.
He's also actually the Eternal Dragon of Time, who is literally just God. There's a whole cosmological origin story that involves him stealing divinity from the other former gods and banishing them forever before merging all of their universes into one.
