You mean by adding the harem mechanic? I felt like the story built up the second girl pretty naturally, so the only issue was having to retcon the rule about two participants only. Other than that, and not milking the triangle setup longer, it seemed like the plot continued following a coherent plan to its finish, with Satomi learning about the photo on cue, and stuff.
