Yes, I’m 19. I’ve never dated anyone before, I just generally find people a few years older than me attractive. I very much want stability and longevity in a future relationship, so I suppose that’s also another reason why I would wish for someone older, in the hopes that they would be more peaceful and emotionally stable. I know that’s not true for everyone though.
I had a 39 year old History teacher in my junior year of high school. He was dating a Legal Studies teacher around ten years younger than him. They had a problem once and she refused to talk it over and split up with him. He was genuinely a good person and teacher as far as I could tell. I get scared of doing something immature like that because of my age.
