God, so much this. It drives me crazy how much she under-estimates just how many connections she's made and how popular she is within her industry and interests. She absolutely COULD do all the things she wants to, it's just that she thinks she can't because she has a case of actually real, and not the made up cope version, impostor syndrome. I do understand that some of it is she just isn't the management type, but girl you could literally just ASK about at least half the things VShojo was promising and people would have come out of the woodworks to help her and support her and make it happen. She is genuinely one of the most well-connected chuubas in the indie space, but she will never acknowledge it because she thinks she doesn't deserve it.
