Don't know, but anyway Puerto Ricans did this a lot sooner and there have been packets of flavored, sweetened corn starch for a long time now. The toy story one is neapolitan, cajeta is basically caramel (made from goat milk), and nuez is pecan. No point in eating it plain anymore.
