I made this with all my knowledge of working at a women's shoe store for 6 years in Athens, where we would get all sorts of people from all over the world. Obviously for F and below that knowledge didn't matter because we didn't sell children footwear. Also, there's always oddballs that don't fit the mold and sometimes you get surprises. However, I feel pretty confident that this is at least 80% correct.
My judgement was made based on what they wear in general, their choice of footwear and their general personality and disposition. I didn't take into account ethnicity because that's really hard to gauge from highly stylized art, I just assumed they're all white or asian, both which tend to have the best looking feet.
