Yeah, one of my best friends tried to guilt trip me into feeling like shit because I can't pay 26 dollars every month on going out to eat dinner with her and my friends, when I don't have a fucking job due to stuff I explained to her. Bad mental health, physical health gets affected due to bad mental health, I can't get a fucking job due to lack of experience and one pending assignment from highschool.
Minimum wage is like 338 USD here. Imagine spending like 8% of your salary in going out to eat dinner. I don't even have that.

I would remove my uterus and ovaries if I could. I don't want them, need them, and they just get in the way.

I would get a tubal ligation/or my fallopian tubes cut or burned but doctors in Argentina usually will make you go through hoops and an odyssey just to effectively castrate you, specially if you're a woman. Specially if you're young. They can do it for free but they don't want to end up with a lawsuit for women who end up repenting their decision.
And the anticonceptive implant uses pretty much the same drugs that normal oral anticonceptive pills have. It's the same risk.
