You can do "hiss hiss ult" though if you have Melania or Tuesday but what i like about Hissabeth is how freely I can build her teams so sometimes i dont want to bring either of them.

At least once we get a meta petrify team then I can justify spending more AP on Hissabeth for the petrify.
