Only if you ignore the fact that by the time this “instant” teleportation reached the Earth, regular humans on Earth had to the time to run a marathon, and Superman, Jay Garrick, Impulse, Max Mercury and Jesse Quick had the time to circle the globe hundreds of times. Or that Flash himself said he had septoseconds of time left before the signal reached the planet while he was doing his shit. Or the fact that he needed to absorb someone as fast as him, and then the kinetic energy of the entirety of humanity running a marathon, to accomplish that. So not only did he need to be boosted to his gills to do that, the teleportation itself was hardly instant, and before the doping he was blatantly losing the race against the signal that was carrying the teleport.
Literally the most overblown thing thing Flash ever did that gets parroted by dumb retards who didn’t ever read the comic it happened in.
