Second in battle Jack Frost is a mix of Zhurong and Y'golonac with Summer Shennong's Charge Skill. I feel like Jack Frost and Zhurong could in theory work well together with HP reduction debuff shenanigans.

Probably so as the only the other time I've gotten two 5stars in a tenfold was Shennong and Yasuyori from the Warmonger Treasure Hunt banner in 2022.

It's a weird decision because they could have reran CS last year and still be ahead of what there standard translation schedule

I didn't pay too much attention but I think if you complete all 6 quests you get 14 stones. So that would be the same amount you'd get from completing all the Item Collection Quests in a standard event. Of course those still have Story Quests and 8 more Tickets to earn than New Semester does but it's better than no increase at all.
