This is a big "lol. no." The industries and vocations surrounding innovation have long been available to women - women simply have preferred being cared for (by men) and taken the easy option of a life of privilege rather than challenge, risk, and uncertainty. Even under the false feminist ideology that now shunts more women into the acquisition of degrees and grants exclusive funding for getting more women in STEM there still are not significant numbers of women being nominated for Nobel prizes, present in cutting edge startups, or attempting industry changing product development.

Nobody is holding women back. When women feel shut out of the male dominated sphere it is usually the misinterpretation of getting directly challenged in a competitive environment conflating that competition with misogamy. It's not. Welcome to the world of men that we have to navigate to get anywhere.
