The most thrilling moment of my year so far was because of Magia Exedra. It was the very last day of the scene0 event. I hadn't won Mabayu yet and I still needed to finish films 3 and 4 of the event story, but that was fine because I had plenty of time left before 11 PM.

I went running outside late afternoon and parked at this remote place with a sign saying they arrested trespassers after dusk but I was going to be back before then. At the turnaround point of my run, I realized that there was this little park 5 km away that I had always wanted to visit. I wouldn't be able to run back to my car if I went there because it was really hot outside and I was already tired, but I thought that was fine because I could just take an Uber back. I ran the 5 km downhill on this country road with no shoulder and a bunch of blind curves without getting run over. I enjoyed the sunset for a few minutes then opened Uber only to learn that they don't drive to that remote spot where my car was. Then I started to panic because I would have to walk back and what if my car got towed or I even got arrested for trespassing after dusk and I wouldn't be able to finish the scene0 story.

So I really pushed myself to run the 10 km uphill and got back to my car just in time before dusk. Then in the car on the way home I did one last 10-roll and finally won Mabayu. When I got home there was only 1 hour left so I blitzed through scene0 films 3 and 4 and finished the story just minutes before 11 PM. Now every time I play with Mabayu on my team I think about that experience.
