Realistically I'm not worried about vidya if that's what you mean. The transition of losing free/vidya time is inevitable and it can be stressful if that's what you're getting at?
I'm already cutting back just because I've been more busy preparing with IRL stuff.
POE and D2 are just my go to fun games, but both are grindy timesinks.
