Bootleg gets the same stuff USEA and Ron do, but (he)? just curates and doesn't sell rhe slightly lower quality cards/printing mistake cards that the other two sometimes do and charges a premium for it. I'm not sure who the master printer is, I assume an official company that doesn't mind making some scratch on the side.
