This is the approach for no gains OP. Just use variations for pushing pulling squatting and hinging. Use progressive calisthenics.
Ring pushups and chins don't damage the joints and can be loaded with external load.
Doing countless reps is stupid.
If you are going to repeating a full body workout give yourself like 2 days in between if you total volume is high enough cuz one day for a gazillion reps is tendon damage hell.
