I'm not gonna ask for a 2D game, but at this point I think it's time for back-to-basics. Action just isn't fortifying this franchise the way they think it was supposed to. Attempts to experiment and innovate destroyed their development processes and there's not much to offer anymore that really is worth how much they're throwing into these damn games.

They really need an earnest return to what put them on the map while trying to understand and comprehend it instead of autism retardation.
