I haven't seen that one, I'll check it out. But Jack the Ripper time travels to the future in Terror at London Bridge. Going to be hard to top a time traveling Jack the Ripper, anon.
There's a fairly recent Full Moon movie called Quadrant about a girl who has a Jack the Ripper fetish. I kind of liked it.
Also Terror at London Bridge is actually pretty bad. Not even so good it's bad, just bad.
