Everything is compartmentalized so that people rarely see the whole thing all at once. Then the movie has to be edited and tons of films are shit until they're saved in editing so many people are like 'well, this looks terrible but what do I know, I'm sure they'll fix it in post!' and they're not even wrong it happens all the time.

The real answer however is that jobs in the entertainement industry are hard to come by so if you get one you shut the fuck up and keep your head down and collect your paycheck.
