Is it over is the thread dead?

Thank you all for sharing and indulging in some nostalgia with me. I hope you have a wonderful day. Speaking as a American the world has gone to shit recently and might get worse IF we do go to war or if this is just fear mongering. This has been my escape to look back to the past when games and people were better and identity politics and other nonsense weren't so prevalent. Ironic that gaming was better during the other economic depression. I miss the early 2000's a lot. I even miss half the buildings in my local town being mostly brown or made of brick, tired of being surrounded by minimalist colorful buildings with corpo slop everywhere. High trust society when we had gaming kiosks in mcdonalds and nothing was locked up in walmart and most people weren't doing drugs or smoking weed 24/7.

I hope things get better for mine and your sake. Hold onto the hope that the past brings. Maybe one day we can bring it all back. God bless.
