As a newfag how am I supposed to level up my roster of specials? Having a special that addresses the needs of the fight seems to be a necessity for me until I am lucky enough to pull or farm some strikers with utility tools like repositioning/healing/shielding/etc.
However, specials don't join the battles and they fight for an extremely competitive 2 slots so most of them can't make it into a fight.
