Last one I took for now, the base proper. Ruthless corporate mineral exploitation combined with touchy-feely xenoanthropology. The Friendstron bit in the middle I imagine as kind of a reception/recreation area, purple is bureaucratic/administrative in my little system of extra uniform colours. The NASAslop base in the corner of the landing field is separate because they're independents. The company allowed them to set up a base on a claimed planet because they were willing to set up a garage and work on all the ground vehicles, but they have to do their actual mining in the asteroid fields like peasants, hence the ship (actual set is supposed to be a space station, but it works as an ugly ungainly privately owned mining vessel too).
