For vrchat, try going to the pug cuz it doesnt allow quest-users in and most kids are questies. Also dont just go to the most popular worlds and especially avoid public servers. Go to drinking worlds like Drinking Night and SMASHED, they are filled with alcoholics but its also where I have made most of my drug friends on vrc. Look for group-publics and join groups so you can find a more mature crowd.
