The default of every single person should be focus on your health and mental growth
> no processed food, drugs, alcohol, sugar, smoking
> working out 7 days a week (maybe add group sports 1-2/week, weightlifting should be the foundation)
> sleeping 8+ hours a night
> skincare + grooming + other hygiene routine
> read non-fiction books worth rereading
> watch movies/shows that are not modern slop
> learn to cook new things once in a while, at 30+ you should be able to cook at least 15-20 dishes really well
> stop wasting time on stupid shit that doesn't serve you
I've met so many self-destructive single people and all I can think of "you have no relationship or kids or anything to worry about and you still can't do anything right, more complexity will kill you faster"
