I write for a wiki, mostly just my main but also tidy character and system data pages. The thing you have to understand is that anything can seem good early on because you're new to the game and/or people you play aren't ready for it. It's about stuff not being good long term, you focus on what defines your character instead of gimmicks. That said I feel like people do have a tendency to not explain why you shouldn't actually use stuff.
