Only ever played the arcade version of it at a resort in Kentucky. I sucked at it, but it stuck in my mind because the concept was fucking brilliant. It combined the three biggest draws for 90's kids in one game; giant dinosaurs and monsters, post-apocalypse setting, and cartoonishly bloody videogame violence.
Still pissed that the franchise got canned when Midway acquired Atari because they didn't want any competition for Mortal Kombat at the time. The setup for future stories and sequel games in that setting had more potential than MK's martial arts soap opera that was already getting old.
