Yeah, he made back-to-back conference finals....after his team mortgaged its future to give him as much help as it could. They now had to blow up that team because it was too expensive to sustain and they will never be that good again. This was his shot and he didn't get them over the hump. I give it two years max before he starts throwing teammates / coaches under the Bus and asks for a trade.
