Is Kris timelooping? Even when you discount some of the meta jokes like telling Ralsei you already know the legend, there's so much weird shit surrounding them and the actions they take that at the very least they must have some meta awareness like Ralsei does.

>Kris has the foresight to slash tires post chapter 2 to force Undyne to show up later
