Nope. All 40k vehicles (even good looking like Tau, Eldar and Dark Eldar) are fucked up for 2 reasons
1) Scale creep
2) Retarded 40k format of the overbloated skirmish. Every vehicle or walker is supposed to be as small as possible because you wouldn't be able to move many of them across the table (picrelated comparing with miniatures made for game where vehicles and walkers are rare).
