Is Marienburg the most interesting city in all of Warhammer?

>inspired by Amsterdam/Venice
>lots of detail, the books have prices for everything, encounter tables that vary according to area and time of day, detailed rules on taxes (there are a lot of taxes), how to invest your money in the stock market, even rules for going through a criminal trial, they even explain what the exchange rate is for converting your Imperial coins (Crowns) to Marienburg coins (Guilders),
>every ethnicity/race is represented in it which adds a lot of variety- Warhammer equivalent of Norwegians, Arabs, Chinese, Japanese, French, Italians (there are two separate italian neighborhoods which hate each other) the Elves, Dwarves and Hobbits also have their own neighborhoods, even goblins are allowed to live here
>multiple police forces which hate each other (river police and street police, also witch hunters)
>tons of trade unions involved in shady businesses
>everyone is constantly trying to scam you
>lots of poverty, prostitution, criminal organizations and drug/sex trafficking
>secret cults
>serial killer on the loose
>the city has a parliament but is governed by a directorate, the directorate represents many influential and rich families, most of them with their own secrets and plots
>old nobility is still around trying to scheme their way back to power
>the city is built on top of an older human settlement and the ruins are accessible through the sewers and used by smugglers
>the older human settlement was built on top of a much older Elven settlement which in theory is also accessible, good options to go cave delving and exploring

no other city in all of wahammer has this much detail and effort put into it and yet its completely overlooked. there are very few published scenarios that take place in marienburg (including a pretty funny one where the characters get involved in a pump and dump scam in the stock market), no novels, and no one plays as Marienburgers in the tabletop.
