Who was Kris referring to when asking Ramb if someone was backstage with him.
He has no reason to ask that, if it's the soul he should already know that.
In fact all act 3 Kris has gotten more open to the fact he knows the player DOESN'T know what he knows and can signal to us by sneezing on right answers he wants us to pick.

Ramb knows Kris very well and even does his wink animation after saying "Not often a dark fountain opens in your own house. Though it Could if you wanted it to"

But he also winks after you ask him if anyone else in there with you and winks at you when he asks "Kris are you sure you are feeling . . . normal?"
