It's such a shame that most cities love to tear it down instead of repairing/maintaining it. Its the same with corporations where they used to be unique, where a mile away you can see a building and know exactly what company it belongs to. It used to be pleasing to the eyes when driving where every restaurant made themselves look pretty on the outside to entice you. I wish there was money in making something non-bland/generic outside pre-fabs for the housing market.
