I was cleaning my ears and I used a cotton swab and the wax was red so I think I fucked up my ear and that ear has been muffled and sensitive for like two weeks now. My doctor said it does look inflamed, so I just have to wait for it to recover which is a matter of weeks. Worst part is the tinnitus which varies from sounding like TV static to one high pitch note in my left ear that is pretty damn loud. Just gotta hope that goes when the damage heals.

Don't use cotton swabs kids.
