What the fuck about modern times is preventing you from going outside? If it's what you want to do that's your business but you have to own up to it. You can't willfully choose to dedicate your time to going on the Internet and playing video games instead of putting yourself out there and then have this defeatist attitude of "if I just lived in medieval times things would be different".
