Talon has faster rate of fire, which means it has more dps than senator in every situation where the talon isn't completely blocked by armor. Talon has fuckall recoil. Talon doesn't need to reload if you have trigger discipline. Talon doesn't flinch targets, which is a GOOD thing when you're trying to shoot at weak point.
