I seriously hope you aren't just taking that at face value and that you've actually played the OG games. Kratos kills Ares because Ares tricked Kratos into killing his family. Kratos kills Zeus because Zeus murdered him and then nuked Sparta. Kratos killed the other greek gods because they were retarded enough to stand between Kratos and Zeus. Kratos did nothing to the gods who didn't try to stop him, like Aphrodite and Artemis.
