i think the term "black out" is kind of misleading, there is no fade to black, there is no "nothingness" in your memory
there's just genuinely nothing because you're just gone, so not even a lack of a memory is made
if you survive it you literally just teleport to wherever you get narcan'd, and then you feel like shit because instant withdrawal and you'll WISH you'd died

anyway so what are heroin doses like? they're like literally nothing. at least it was for me, and mind you it was so bad for me because i ODed on a combo of nitazenes and benzos so idk exactly how applicable to specifically heroin this is, but nitazenes are described as "fentanyl but more potent" so it should be kinda similar at least
