All this talk of Nomura planning ahead by multiple games just makes me think about what he must've had planned for KH's story post-KH3 before Versus XIII/FFXV went south in 2012. I wonder if he was really going to cross over with TWEWY or if that was all teasing. Because I think at the very least Nomura had the ending of Sora vanishing in mind. It's just a question of what world he would've vanished to.

Either way it's neat how the themes of death in TWEWY and Rinzler's identity crisis in the Grid foreshadow Yozora and Verum Rex.
