it's not yuri perse (since it's supposed to be restricted to female x female only) but there are artists that make futa x female focused yuri, at least on pixiv there's a tag for it called "futa yuri" so I guess I guess you could say it's an adjacent branch of both the futa and the yuri genres
we're talking about japanese only stuff btw, the western stuff is a whole can of worms since they often blur the lines between what is and what isn't actually futanari
