They seem fine. Most of their stuff is kinda weak aside from the doomsday arks. C’tan are scary but expensive enough that once you’re used to dealing with them you can handle the 1 or 2 your opponent can afford to bring. TSK is fucking terrifying but I haven’t actually had to play against him often enough to gauge why.
