is this worth it? I've never had a switch, a friend lent me his console for like two months to play Pokemon Violet and Fire Emblem and that's it
I'm only interested in handheld play and exclusive games, both by Nintendo and third parties

also it's possible to play something like Fortnite without getting banned after installing the CFW? I've read there's no problem with the EmuMMC method

I don't have a gaming PC, my phone can emulate it decently but it's extremely uncomfortable since it gets hot af and makes the battery die in like two hours
