In case you're curious what "boopboopbidoo" was in Japanese, it was "ぷぷっぴどう" which is actually the same thing.

I only ever heard this bit associated with Betty Boop, but it apparently came from a song called "I Wanna Be Loved by You" and this song was in fact covered by Marilyn Monroe, so it is applicable here.
