I did consider that, but I specifically chose to not include it because it strikes me as the sort of thing that would work best as the final push over the edge that breaks Suzune. Because it's clear she respects her father a lot and owes much of her current capabilities and discipline to his training. We don’t really know that much about the father as a person or if he’ll even play a role larger than a walking backstory, so the possibilities are wide open.
There are a couple of ways I can see this playing out. At base:
> The father confronts the old man after Suzune has already fallen and demands her daughter and friends be released, threatening to beat the old man up, and the old man relents but says the girls have become quite popular so he better participate himself and put on a good show in exchange. Perhaps the old man knew the father used to be a playboy or currently lusts after younger girls, or more heroically, is willing to be that depraved to save his daughter.
From there:
> The father would likelt refuse to knowingly rape his own daughter for that, so the old man has him rape one of the other girls he doesn’t know, like Ran or Akina. Seeing her father rape her friends without knowing the context would likely break Suzune.
> Suzune is put into a wall or some other restraining device where her holes are accessible but nobody can identify her, then have her father rape this “loser” for the sake of the crowd, and he walks away oblivious to what he did while Suzune is in despair that her father came inside her and seemed to enjoy it.
> Extreme scenario: her father sees her mother in Suzune and actively wanted to rape her, so being neutral against the old man despite the old man’s burning hatred has him willingly agree to rape his daughter when given the offer.
In any of these cases, she sees her father seemingly having hypocritically betrayed his principles for getting his rocks off, and succumbs to sexual pleasure.
