adetailer/facedetailer are just automating the inpainting process with detection models and big square boxes instead of precise masks, so if you're doing it manually anyway may as well just do 2 inpainting passes and avoid any wierdness from the detectors using boxdim
just imo, you're still technically saving time using adetailer for the first pass i guess
