Yeah, he kept failing because he did a really bad job. You have to be a special kind of fuckup to let a nobody with known bad takes like Thor suppress your whole movement.
Let's not forget, the first month had a lot of hype with lots of people dedicating whole videos to the subject. The momentum and interest was always there.

All he needed to do was to ask other Youtubers to say a few sentences about it at the end of their videos, consistently. Asking people to constantly make essays about it was never going to work.
Not looking like a mystery meat gremlin would've also helped a lot.

I didn't sign because Ross asked me to. I would never listen to an unwashed basement creature from ameritardia. I signed because I saw legitimate Europeans standing behind the petition, giving their names and contact information to it. Hearing from reliable youtubers also helped bring awareness.
This was never supposed to be about Ross, because frankly, he has no business getting involved how Europe should run itself. People are incredibly vary and tired of initiatives pushed by America.
