SRPGs never can get balance right sadly.
They should just remove levels and make equipment, jobs and skills the main focus because levels just screw everything up.
And if you need levels, put that shit into bonding or romances or whatever so certain characters can pair and buff others in certain situations.
I dunno, what I'm saying is I hate how SRPGs work.
