I know discussions like this tend to devolve into dumb consolewar faggotry & third grade insults, but really you could fill a whole book of the dumb, autistic shit that nintendo's pulled over the years. I remember one of the Mario Movie actors (Charlie Day, I think?) saying that the recordings were so secretive that none of the VA's got context to their lines, so they just repeat the same line 50 times with wildly different inflictions.
