She obviously isn't going to be cartoonishly evil for the whole story.
She likes little singing dancing santas, fruitcakes, and katanas. She's a dweeb. She even canceled school so Noelle wouldn't have to go out in the rain so she obviously cares about her too. You'll all see what Rudy sees in her whenever we get to see her in less serious scenarios.
