The prophecy says, "And then there was the girl," and shows Susie's symbol, but its wording makes it sound like it's coming after it's listed the three heroes: the cage, Noelle and the prince. Gerson also said Susie was the dragon from Dragon Blazers. Now, we don't know what happens in Dragon Blazers, but we know Dragon Blazers, the prophecy, the Legend of the Hammer and this game are all essentially the same story. Do you think "the dragon" in Dragon Blazers is the second hero, who love comes for? Is Dragon Blazers about fucking a dragon? The Legend of the Hammer also has a dragon in it, in Chapter 1, the heroes "stop" the dragon. If we assume Dragon Blazers kept the dragon from the book the same character in the game (it'd be weird to change the dragon to something else, then make a different character a dragon, right?), then this dragon character - who Gerson says is Susie - is probably not one of the heroes. Why would you name the game after the second hero? It makes more sense that the prophecy has three heroes and this fourth girl, and Gerson turns the fourth girl into a dragon which the heroes stop in Chapter 1 (not kill, it specifically says "stop", which might be just like how you convince Susie to stop attacking people), and this dragon probably continues to play an important role of some kind, since the video game based on the book references them in its name (Dragon Blazers).

It could be that what Susie saw was Noelle being killed, but mistook it for herself. Or it could be that it said in no uncertain terms that she herself kills Noelle or Noelle kills her. However, the fact Susie says, "And you Ralsei OBVIOUSLY wouldn't let it happen," is suspicious.
